  • What if the tour is not available in my language?

    This is our major issue and we are constantly working on improving the language availability. Our company is small and finding qualified multilingual profesional to guide our tours is hard.

    In order to make our tours available to a wide audience from around the world we provide you with a free smartphone app that features audio guides and transcripts to all our tours in many more languages. Also the app has other features to enrich your experience with us.

  • Is your smartphone app free?

    Yes, it is free. However, you will be able to use it after you purchase the tour.

  • Is your Meet & Greet campaign free?

    It is free, meaning you don't have to pay for a guide's work, as this experience is provided by volunteers. But you are responsible for all of your personal expenses during that time (i.e. at a cafe, or during the walk time).

  • I want to specify for the ambassador what I'm interested in.
